About the Conference

๐Ÿ“œ Background

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, particularly with the rise of large language models, is fundamentally transforming the global workforce. As AI automates routine tasks, there are growing concerns about job displacement, the need for new skills, and the ethical implications of these powerful technologies. The traditional view of AI as a tool for pure automation is giving way to a more nuanced understanding of its role as a partner in human work. This shift necessitates a new approach that puts people at the center of technological change.

๐ŸŽฏ Rationale

The rationale for focusing on human-centric AI is to ensure that the future of work is not just efficient, but also equitable, meaningful, and sustainable. By prioritizing human values and needs in the design and deployment of AI, we can mitigate potential risks like algorithmic bias, data privacy violations, and job dissatisfaction. This approach aims to foster a positive human-AI relationship, one that empowers individuals, enhances creativity, and drives innovation by leveraging the unique strengths of both humans and machines.

Objectives

  • Explore how human-centric AI can transform business strategies and models.
  • Share ideas on aligning AI adoption with ethics, inclusivity, and sustainability.
  • Discuss workforce transformation, reskilling, and human-AI collaboration.
  • Build bridges between academia, industry, and policymakers for responsible AI.
  • Provide recommendations for AI governance in business contexts.

Key Themes

  • Human-Centric AI: Principles and Practices
  • AI Ethics, Trust, and Accountability
  • The Future of Work and Workforce Transformation
  • AI-Driven Business Models and Innovation
  • AI for Sustainability and Inclusive Growth
  • Policy, Regulation, and Governance
