The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence, particularly with the rise of large language models, is fundamentally transforming the global workforce. About Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya

Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), also known as Devi Ahilya University, is a prominent public university located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Established in 1964, the university was initially known as the University of Indore and later renamed in honor of the legendary queen of the Maratha Empire, Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, known for her contributions to society, art, and architecture.

Submission Details

  • All papers must be written in English and must present original, unpublished work.
  • Authors are required to submit their papers through Microsoft CMT.
  • The maximum length for full papers is 6 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. Extra charge applicable for extra pages. Refer Author Guidelines for more details.
  • The conference proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library® for publication. IEEE Xplore publication is subject to applicable IEEE policies and approval; acceptance does not guarantee publication.
  • Standard manuscript templates for conference proceedings in LaTeX and Word can be found at the official IEEE Templates page.

  • All registration fees are inclusive of 18% GST.
  • IEEE TEMS Members and IEEE Systems Council Members are eligible for a one-time 5% discount on the applicable registration fee, with a maximum discount of 5% only.
  • At least one author registration is mandatory for each accepted paper.
  • One author registration covers one paper and one presenting author only. Authors submitting multiple papers must complete a separate registration for each paper, as per the applicable registration fee structure.
  • If more than one co-author wishes to attend the conference, an additional attendee registration fee will be applicable for each additional participant. Certificate will be provided to registered co-authors.
  • Only accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE for consideration for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to compliance with applicable IEEE requirements, scope, quality standards, and publication policies; acceptance does not guarantee publication. The decision of inclusion of paper presented in conference will solely depend upon IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

Authors must first submit an extended abstract (500 words) by the abstract submission deadline. Upon acceptance, full papers (6,000-8,000 words) can be submitted through the CMT portal. Details will be shared via email after abstract acceptance.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but the organizing committee will share a list of recommended nearby hotels and guesthouses for outstation participants closer to the conference dates.

Yes, IIPS-CoMET 2027 is a hybrid conference. Participants can choose to attend in person at the Takshashila Campus or join remotely via the virtual platform.

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Acceptance is based on originality, relevance to the conference themes, and academic quality, ensuring a high standard of accepted work.

Yes, accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. High-quality submissions may additionally be recommended for journal publication, and a post-conference white paper with policy recommendations will be released.
